John McFadden of Springfield, in real estate since 1987, has been among the top sales agents in Delaware County. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. McFadden specializes in residential real estate and small commercial properties. He handles new home developments for several builders and is currently marketing several new construction sites.

John was one of the first Realtors to develop and utilize the team concept. Since then, the team has grown to three licensed agents plus support staff. Active in the community, McFadden is former Chairman of Delaware County Council. He served on the Board of Directors for the Community Action Agency, Industrial Development Authority, Taylor Hospital, Barrier Awareness as well as serving as Chairman of Delaware County Employees Retirement Fund. He is the former Chairman of the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority. He also coached with the Springfield Athletic Association. John is a Boardmember of the Greater Springfield Business Association and is Chairman of the "Run for Heroes" 5K walk/run held each in October. Since 2000, over $204,000 has been raised and donated to the Hero Scholarship Fund of Delaware County where John serves on the Board of Directors. He is also on the Board of Directors for the 6,000 member Suburban West Realtor Association.
